A visual inspection of the building and it’s immediate property in their current state. Performed according to the Vermont Standards of Practice. Must be performed in conjunction with a Home Inspection.

Not to be confused with a Home Inspection, the purpose of the Final Walk-Through Consultation is to look for any changes that may have occurred between the home inspection and the final walk-through, as well as to check any work that was performed, or anything that was amended during the sale process (for example, if the seller agrees to replace a broken water heater before closing). Typically the day before or day of closing.

$250 if performed with a Home Inspection
$350 if conducted as a standalone test.
